For four decades, Sam has been serving a variety of clients in the practice of public accounting, primarily in tax preparation, planning and research.

At this stage of his career, his passion is estate, tax and succession planning, where he helps clients serve as good stewards for businesses and other assets they have accumulated.

Sam has been active in the community serving in various capacities for a long list of organizations, some of which include Trustee and/or President of the Amarillo Area Foundation, Harrington Foundation, Amarillo Independent School District, Amarillo Symphony and Treasurer for Downtown Amarillo, Inc.

Sam has been married to Carol Vahue since 1979. They have two married children.

Terry has over a decade of public accounting experience, specializing in tax consulting and preparation for business entities, individuals and trusts.

Terry enjoys helping clients develop business organization strategies that maximize flexibility, minimize taxes and provide liability protection without making the structure unwieldy and burdensome.

He works with clients as decisions are being made and plans are being developed to garner maximum tax and financial benefits.

CPAs can find themselves just keeping score, but Terry prefers to coach. This allows him to impact in advance the final result of business decisions.

Terry is married to Kimberly, and they have three children. His hobbies include spending time with family, traveling and playing basketball.

Johnny is a CPA in the constantly evolving income tax industry and has developed expertise in small businesses taxation, business development, and business improvement.

After developing an interest in accounting at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, TX - where he earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting - Johnny joined a top 25 accounting firms in the nation as a staff accountant, and quickly distinguished himself from his peers and moving into specialized accounting that required use of his entrepreneurial spirit.

Johnny was nominated 2020 Top 20 Under 40 Young Professionals by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and 2021 Wayland Baptist University Distinguished Young Alumni.

Johnny lives in Amarillo, Texas, with his wife, Aubrey, and their three children.
